Students shall be able….
PEO 1 To establish themselves as effective professionals by solving real
problems through the use of management science knowledge.
PEO 2 To develop professional skills that promote them for a life-long learning
in advanced areas of management and related fields.
PEO 3 To demonstrate their ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
through learning and application of new skills and added competencies.

PO 1 – KNOWLEDGE: Apply knowledge of management theories and practices
to solve business problems.
PO 2 – CRITICAL THINKING PROBLEM SOLVING: Foster Analytical and critical
thinking abilities for data-based decision making.
PO 3 – LEADERSHIP SKILLS: Ability to develop Value based Leadership.
PO 4 – BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT: Ability to understand, analyse and
communicate global, economic, legal, and ethical aspects of business.
PO 5 – INDIVIDUAL TEAM WORK: Ability to lead themselves and others in
the achievement of organizational goals, contributing effectively to a team

PO 6 – MODERN TOOLS: Create, select and apply appropriate techniques,
resources and modern management IT tools including prediction and
modelling to complex business activities with an understanding of the
limitations.
PO 7 – COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Communicate effectively on complex
commercial activities with the management, able to comprehend and write
effective reports and design documentation, make effective presentations, and
give and receive clear instructions.

preparation and ability to engage in independent and lifelong learning in the
economy and industry.

Programme specific outcomes (PSO)
PSO 1 Develop skills in Financial Accounting, Investment analysis, Management
of Liquidity, Risk assessment, Global Finance and Dividend decisions.
PSO 2 Develop skills in job analysis, job enrichment, recruitment, selection,
performance appraisal and labour laws.
PSO 3 Establish skills in understanding customer, marketing research, product
promotion, product life cycle and pricing strategies in business.
